GENTLE Micrometer Needle Valve Series | Precision 0.01mL–1.5L Dispense

The GENTLE Micrometer Needle Valve Series is offered in three flow-path materials—MV502-S (SUS304), MV801-F (PTFE), and MV801-P (POM). Each valve operates on 0.35–0.69 MPa air pressure with spring-return actuation and uses a diaphragm to fully isolate fluid from the air supply. Dispensing ranges from 0.01 mL up to 1.5 L/min for 1–50,000 cps high-viscosity media. At just 22 × 95.8–98.8 mm and 120–155 g, with a 150 cpm cycle rate, these valves install and maintain with ease in any compact automated dispensing system.
