GENTLE MV602 Micrometer Poppet Valves | 0.02–1.5 L Precision Dispense

The GENTLE MV602 Micrometer Poppet Valve Series offers three wetted-material options—MV602-S (SUS304), MV602-F (PTFE), and MV602-P (POM). Each operates on ≥0.35 MPa air pressure with spring-return actuation and a diaphragm to isolate fluid from air. A built-in suck-back retracts residual fluid on closure, preventing drips and splatter. An integrated micrometer dial provides precise flow adjustment from 0.02 mL to 1.5 L/min for 1–10,000 cps media (silicone oil, UV adhesives, epoxies, photoresist, ink, electrolyte, rubber adhesives, etc.). Measuring just 22×130.8 mm and cycling at 100 cpm, these valves install quickly and are easy to maintain in compact automated dispensing setups.
