Q1: What tube types and sizes are supported?
A: PU and nylon (PA) tubes in 4–6 mm OD. Select by actual OD to ensure proper O-ring sealing and collet grip.
Q2: What's the correct installation sequence?
A: Secure the fitting first: hand-thread → tighten with a hex wrench to seat (avoid over-torque) → cut the tube end square and deburr → push fully to the stop → perform a light pull-check. For removal, press the release ring evenly—do not force-pull.
Q3: Is PTFE tape required? What if the sealant wears?
A: Threads are pre-sealed. If sealing degrades after repeated service, reapply thread sealant or add PTFE tape to maintain airtightness.
Q4: Can it be reconnected multiple times? How to maintain sealing?
A: Yes—provided the collet remains intact. Re-square and clean/dry the tube end before reinsertion. If leakage or loss of grip is observed, replace the entire fitting.
Q5: What operating range and vibration performance should I expect?
A: 0–0.9 MPa and 5–60 °C. The O-ring + collet provides vibration-resistant, anti-pull retention; avoid aggressive media and out-of-range temperatures.
Q6: Is it suitable for vacuum or liquids?
A: Designed for compressed air. Vacuum/liquid use depends on media compatibility, viscosity, and cleanliness—validate under actual conditions.
Q7: Difference from the standard TS? Any flow impact?
A: TS(MINI) is a downsized variant with the same push-in/sealing mechanism. The internal path is optimized to lower ΔP for 4–6 mm systems; actual flow also depends on tube length, bends, and downstream components.
