Q1. What tube types and sizes are supported?
A: PU and PA (nylon) tubes, 4–6 mm OD. Select by actual OD to ensure proper O-ring sealing and collet grip.
Q2. What is the correct installation sequence?
A: Secure the fitting first, then insert the tube: hand-thread → tighten with a hex wrench to seat (avoid over-torque) → square-cut with a PU tube cutter, clean end → push fully to the stop → pull-check. To remove, press the collet while pulling—do not force-pull to avoid damaging the O-ring/collet.
Q3. Is PTFE tape required? What if the sealant wears?
A: Threads are pre-sealed and do not require PTFE tape. If sealing degrades after repeated servicing, reapply thread sealant or add PTFE tape to maintain airtightness.
Q4. Can the fitting be reconnected multiple times?
A: Yes, provided the O-ring and metal collet remain intact. Re-square the tube end with a PU tube cutter and keep it clean/dry before reinsertion.
Q5. Operating range and vibration resistance?
A: Rated 0–0.9 MPa, 5–60 °C. The O-ring + metal collet offers vibration-resistant, anti-pull performance; avoid corrosive media and out-of-range temperatures.
Q6. Suitable for vacuum or liquids?
A: Primarily for compressed air. Vacuum or liquid use depends on media compatibility, viscosity, and cleanliness; verify before deployment.
Q7. Difference from standard TS? Impact on flow?
A: TS(MINI) is a downsized version retaining the same push-in/sealing mechanism. The internal flow path is optimized to reduce pressure loss for 4–6 mm systems; actual flow also depends on tube length, bends, and downstream devices.
