FAQ
Q1: What is the FUJIKURA RR Series?
A: The RR Series is an externally piloted, air-operated super precision regulator that controls output pressure using pilot pressure from another regulator.
Q2: How does the RR Series control output pressure?
A: It receives an external pilot pressure signal and controls secondary output pressure through precise 1:1 pressure relay operation.
Q3: What is the pressure range of the RR Series?
A: Both the set pressure range and external pilot input pressure range are 0.014 to 0.84MPa.
Q4: What pressure control performance does the RR Series provide?
A: Sensitivity is within 0.1% F.S., and repeatability is within ±0.1% F.S.
Q5: What is the difference between RR and RR・HR?
A: Standard RR models provide 130 L/min relief flow, while RR・HR models provide 260 L/min.
Q6: Can the difference between output and pilot pressure be adjusted?
A: Yes. With the optional BA bias adjustment knob, pressure bias can be adjusted within a maximum range of ±0.2MPa.
Q7: What pipe port sizes are available?
A: Rc1/4 and Rc3/8 pipe ports are available.
Q8: Can a pressure gauge be installed?
A: Yes. G025, G060, and G100 pressure gauge options are available.
Q9: Is an ozone-resistant specification available?
A: Yes. The F option uses fluororubber material for ozone resistance.
Q10: What applications is the RR Series suitable for?
A: It is suitable for remote pressure setting, tension control, press control, air balancers, air micrometers, leak testers, dispensers, and other precision pneumatic systems.
