FAQ
Q1: What is the FUJIKURA RP Series?
A: The RP Series is a high-sensitivity direct-acting precision regulator for precise control of clean compressed air.
Q2: What set pressure ranges are available?
A: Six ranges are available: 0 to 0.02, 0.03, 0.05, 0.20, 0.40, and 0.70MPa.
Q3: What repeatability does the RP Series provide?
A: Repeatability is within ±0.5% F.S. for all pressure ranges.
Q4: Does supply pressure variation affect the output pressure?
A: A small effect remains, but output pressure variation is maintained within 5kPa.
Q5: Can the RP Series adjust pressure from zero?
A: Yes. Its direct-acting non-bleed structure allows output pressure adjustment from zero.
Q6: What is the difference between RP and RP・NR?
A: RP is the relief type and can release secondary pressure. RP・NR is the non-relief type and does not vent secondary gas to the atmosphere.
Q7: What gases are suitable for non-relief models?
A: Non-relief models can be considered for nitrogen or carbon dioxide circuits that should not be vented to the atmosphere. Confirm suitability before using low-molecular-weight or corrosive gases.
Q8: Does the RP Series continuously consume bleed air?
A: No. Its non-bleed design does not continuously discharge control air.
Q9: What pipe port size is used?
A: The pipe port is Rc1/4, and two Rc1/4 pressure gauge ports are provided.
Q10: What applications is the RP Series suitable for?
A: It is suitable for low-pressure control, mixing equipment, pressure tank control, buffers, balancers, and press control.
