Q1: Supported tubing and sizes?
A: PU and nylon (PA) in 4–6 mm OD; select strictly by actual OD for proper sealing and grip.
Q2: Will it be fully flush with the panel?
A: No—it's low-profile rather than fully flush. For a lower profile, design a counterbore or chamfer.
Q3: Correct installation steps?
A: Hand-thread → tighten with an internal hex key (avoid over-torque) → cut square, deburr, clean/dry → push fully to the stop → pull-check; to remove, press the release ring evenly—don't force-pull.
Q4: Is PTFE tape required? What if the pre-seal wears?
A: Pre-sealed threads normally need no tape; if sealing degrades after repeated service, reapply thread sealant or add a thin PTFE wrap.
Q5: Pressure/temperature range?
A: 0–0.9 MPa and 5–60 °C; confirm against your system and tube specs.
Q6: Can it be reconnected? Is the O-ring replaceable?
A: Reconnection is fine; the O-ring is integral and non-replaceable—if leakage or grip loss occurs, replace the entire fitting. Re-square and clean the tube before reinsertion.
Q7: Vacuum or liquids?
A: Primarily for compressed air; verify media compatibility, viscosity, and cleanliness for vacuum/liquid use.
Q8: Difference vs. TS(MINI)?
A: TSH(MINI) uses internal-hex low-profile locking for dense/near-flush layouts; TS(MINI) has an external hex for standard wrenching. Both share the compact push-in sealing mechanism.
