Q1: How does TT (MINI) differ from UT (MINI)?
A: TT (MINI) uses two push-in + one threaded port for direct mating to valves/bodies; UT (MINI) has three push-in ports for thread-free tube splits.
Q2: Why use the inline main + perpendicular branch?
A: It keeps the main run straight and the branch clear, shortening tubing, cutting pressure loss, and simplifying maintenance.
Q3: What tubing and sizes are supported?
A: PU and nylon (PA) in 4 mm and 6 mm OD. Cut square, deburr, clean/dry, then push fully to the stop for airtight seating.
Q4: Do RC-threaded models require PTFE tape?
A: Typically no—RC threads are factory pre-sealed. After repeated servicing, reapply sealant or add a light PTFE wrap if needed.
Q5: Recommended installation sequence?
A: Wrench and orient the threaded port → cut square, deburr, clean/dry the tube → push fully to the stop → pull-check → pressure-hold/leak-test.
Q6: Is it reusable?
A: Yes. Before reinsertion, re-cut a fresh section and keep the tube end clean and square to preserve sealing and retention.
Q7: Operating range & media guidance?
A: 0–0.9 MPa, 5–60 °C, with clean, dry compressed air; filtration and water removal are recommended for longevity.
