Q1: How does UY differ from UT and UTD?
A: UY is an equal-diameter Y with two symmetric outlets; UT is an equal-diameter T; UTD is a reducing T (e.g., 6→4 mm) for size conversion.
Q2: Where is UY most suitable and what media?
A: Tight industrial layouts using clean, dry compressed air within 0–0.9 MPa and 5–60 °C—e.g., line splitting, in-machine distribution, and EOAT dual feeds.
Q3: Is seal tape required?
A: No. UY is a threadless tube-to-tube design—simply push to connect.
Q4: Any flow-direction constraint?
A: Non-directional. Assign inlet/outlets freely based on your layout.
Q5: Installation and service tips?
A: Cut square, deburr, clean/dry → push fully to the stop → pull-check → pressure-hold/leak-test. For removal, depressurize, then press the release ring and pull straight.
Q6: Is it reusable?
A: Yes—re-cut a short section to keep the tube end clean and square before reinsertion to preserve sealing and grip.
