FAQ
Q1: What is the CVF Series?
A: The CVF Series is a vacuum ejector with a mounted filter. It has a compact design and is available as either a without-valve type or a with-valve type.
Q2: Is the CVF Series still available?
A: Discontinuation Notice: The CVF Series has been discontinued. For replacement or maintenance, first confirm the current model, nozzle size, valve configuration, pressure switch, and port thread before selecting a suitable replacement or maintenance part.
Q3: What is the difference between CVF-1 and CVF-2?
A: CVF-1 is the without-valve type, while CVF-2 is the with-valve type. If vacuum generation needs to be controlled by a solenoid valve, CVF-2 can be selected.
Q4: How are CVF-05 and CVF-10 different?
A: CVF-05 uses a Φ0.5 nozzle, while CVF-10 uses a Φ1.0 nozzle. They differ in vacuum flow, maximum vacuum pressure, and air consumption.
Q5: What do HS, LS, and HR mean?
A: HS, LS, and HR mainly differ in nominal pressure and maximum vacuum pressure. HS and LS have a nominal pressure of 0.5 MPa, while HR has a nominal pressure of 0.35 MPa.
Q6: Can the CVF Series be used with a pressure switch?
A: Yes. MVS-AB or MVS-035G pressure switches can be selected, and a without-sensor type is also available.
Q7: What should be selected if PNP output is required?
A: The pressure switches used with CVF have an NPN circuit. If PNP output is required, the ejector and sensor need to be selected separately.
Q8: What maintenance parts are available for the CVF Series?
A: Available maintenance parts include pressure switches, switch plug, silencer, solenoid valve, and filter. Common part numbers include MVS-030AB-CVF, MVS-035G-CVF, CVF-Z, MSS-01, and CVF-E.
