FAQ
Q1: What is the PV Series?
A: The PV Series is a compact vacuum switching valve for high-speed vacuum switching, small workpiece suction, and fast blow-off.
Q2: What is the difference between PV100 and PV110?
A: Both PV100 and PV110 include vacuum switching and blow-off valves. The main difference is blow-off control flow: PV100 provides 60 L/min, while PV110 provides 18 L/min.
Q3: What is the difference between 101, 102, 111, and 112?
A: 101 and 111 have an effective area of 0.3mm² and vacuum control flow of about 5 to 5.5 L/min. 102 and 112 have an effective area of 1.2mm², vacuum control flow of 16 L/min, and faster response.
Q4: Can pressure sensors be mounted on the PV Series?
A: Yes. MPS-V8 or MPS-V9 can be mounted. MPS-V8 provides analog output, while MPS-V9 includes digital display and NPN open-collector switch output.
Q5: How many stations are available for the PV Series?
A: The PV Series supports 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8-station manifold configurations for multi-point suction control.
Q6: Is blow-off flow adjustable on the PV Series?
A: Yes. The blow-off flow can be finely adjusted. Blow-off volume adjustment is 0.18 + 0.05N, up to 0.88cc.
Q7: What is the voltage specification of the PV Series?
A: The rated voltage is DC24V, allowable voltage tolerance is ±10%, and power consumption is 1W.
Q8: What should be noted when using the PV Series in low temperatures?
A: When used below 5℃, condensation and freezing prevention measures are required to avoid malfunction.
