FAQ
Q1: What is the NCV1 Series?
A: The NCV1 Series is a smart vacuum ejector that integrates vacuum generation, blow-off, pressure sensing, alarm notification, IO-Link, and general I/O functions in one body for monitored automation systems.
Q2: What is the vacuum flow of NCV1-1M-200?
A: The NCV1-1M-200 provides 200 L/min vacuum flow, reaches -88 kPa ultimate vacuum pressure, and operates within a 0.3 to 0.5 MPa pressure range.
Q3: What abnormal conditions can the NCV1 alert users to?
A: The NCV1 can alert users to filter blockage, low supply pressure, low vacuum pressure, delayed adsorption time, delayed blow-off time, and count reached status.
Q4: How does the NCV1 alert users to filter blockage?
A: The NCV1 monitors the vacuum pressure difference before and after the filter. When the pressure difference reaches the set value, an alarm alerts the user to check the filter condition. The setting range is 0.0 to 100.0 kPa.
Q5: What does the low supply pressure alarm do?
A: When the supply pressure drops below the set value, the NCV1 triggers an alarm to help users identify insufficient air supply or abnormal equipment conditions more quickly.
Q6: Does the NCV1 support IO-Link?
A: Yes. The NCV1 supports IO-Link through an M12 4-pin connector for equipment communication, status monitoring, and parameter management. When IO-Link is connected, IO-Link control takes priority over general I/O control.
Q7: Can the NCV1 be controlled without IO-Link?
A: Yes. The NCV1 also supports 24V general I/O control through an M12 8-pin connector, making it easier to connect with existing control systems.
Q8: What port connections does the NCV1 use?
A: The compressed air supply port uses a push-in fitting for Φ10 tubing, the vacuum port uses two push-in fittings for Φ12 tubing, and the exhaust port is Rp1/2 with a Φ20.5 barb fitting.
