Specification notes

  • A and O modes serve different sensing requirements: A mode is suited to normal beam-blocking detection, while O mode can detect holes or tears in opaque sheets when one or more beams pass through.
  • NPN or PNP output is selected by model: Standard SS20-T models are NPN, while -PN models provide PNP output. Their main sensing ranges, beam pitch, and response specifications are the same.
  • Master/slave configuration is required for anti-interference operation. When the function is not used, leave the M/S anti-interference wire disconnected and insulated from other wiring.
