  • 12 mm ultra-thin housing: The 12 × 30 mm body uses an aluminum case with die-cast zinc mounting sections for compact installation and improved mechanical robustness.
  • Selectable parallel and cross-beam modes: Parallel mode detects opaque objects Φ25 mm or larger, while cross-beam mode detects objects down to Φ15 mm within the specified effective sensing area.
  • Selectable NPN/PNP output: The same sensor supports either NPN or PNP open-collector output through wiring, eliminating the need for separate output models.
  • Up to 1,440 mm combined detection area: Two sensors can be stacked in parallel-beam mode while maintaining a 20 mm beam pitch to create a detection area up to 1,440 mm.

Specification notes

  • Φ15 mm detection in cross-beam mode is limited to the effective sensing area, approximately the central three-quarters between the transmitter and receiver.
  • NPN and PNP are selectable by wiring on the same sensor. The eight models therefore differ mainly by detection width rather than output type.
  • The 1,440 mm stacked detection area and two-set anti-interference function apply to parallel-beam mode only, with the 20 mm optical-axis pitch maintained between stacked sensors.
