GENTLE AV602 Poppet Valve Series | 0.02 mL–1.5 L Precision Dispense

The GENTLE AV602 Poppet Valve Series features three flow-path options—AV602-S (SUS304), AV602-F (PTFE), and AV602-P (POM)—all driven by ≥0.35 MPa air with spring return. Its unique poppet-and-diaphragm design fully isolates fluid from the air supply and includes built-in suck-back to prevent drips and splatter. It dispenses from 0.02 mL to 1.5 L/min of 1–10,000 cps media—silicone oil, UV adhesives, epoxies, photoresist, inks, lubricants, RTV silicone, electrolytes, and rubber adhesives. Compact (22×85.5–86.5 mm), lightweight (105–150 g), and cycling at 100 cpm, it installs and maintains tool-free in slim automation setups.
