Q4: What material is used for the available models?
A: All currently available models are made of PEEK. The PE suffix in the model number indicates PEEK material.

Q5: Are the S3 and PO versions still available?
A: No. All S3 versions made of SUS303 and all PO versions made of POM have been discontinued.

Q6: Are other PE sizes still available?
A: No. PE models other than CORE-08-PE, CORE-10-PE, CORE-15-PE, CORE-20-PE, and CORE-25-PE have been discontinued.

Q7: How is the CORE insert installed?
A: It uses one-touch mounting and fits into the bellows section of the corresponding PJG cup. Confirm that the CORE size matches the cup size before installation.

Q8: Is there a replacement for a discontinued model?
A: A directly interchangeable replacement may not be available. Provide the complete CORE model, PJG cup size, and operating conditions to confirm possible replacement options.
